How are shipping costs calculated?
Our shipping costs are calculated on a weight method.
All of our shipping carriers (Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS) maintain rate tables

I placed an order but I have not
received any confirmation emails. What is wrong ?
Artist Brushstrokes sends out a
confirmation email with every order transaction that takes place on
Artistbrushstrokes.com. Please be sure to retain your Papal transaction
confirmation email for future reference.
We have found that there are a few
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that block our confirmation &
notifications emails as SPAM. Some systems notify our Customer Care
and Order Fulfillment teams, others do not. If you believe that this
is happening to you, please contact your ISP prior to contacting Artist
Brushstrokes. Once you notify your ISP to allow messages from
Artistbrushstrokes.com to go through, your problem is resolved.
If you have determined that the issue
