Once an order is placed on Artistbrushstrokes.com, you will receive an automatic email from PayPal confirming your order transaction.  Each order placed is assigned a unique transaction ID or receipt ID which is used internally at Artistbrushstrokes.com as your order number.  Please keep your PayPal order confirmation email for future reference in the event that you need to contact Customer Care about your order.

After you have placed your order, we will check our inventory and then send you an email if there is a significant delay expected in processing your order or if a backorder situation with our manufacturer exists with a particular product ordered.  Once your order has been processed, your package will be assembled and shipped to you. 

Delivery estimates are computed by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Estimates

For example, if you order an item that normally ships between 2 - 3 business days, and if you select standard USPS priority shipping (which typically takes 2-4 business days), you can use our delivery estimate map to determine that your order should arrive 4 - 7 business days after you place your order, based on your location.  Most of your purchased items are shipped from our Florida warehouses, although we have sites in North Carolina and New York as well.

Automatic Package Tracking Information via Email

Artistbrushstrokes.com utilizes the automatic tracking notification emails provided from USPS, UPS, and FedEx respectively once your product has shipped.  If you have provided a valid email with your transaction, your email will be used to send your shipping information.  In general, the respective shipping web sites (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) provide updated tracking information every 24 hours or when new information becomes available.

Special Note: For customers who need your order to arrive on a specific date please state your delivery requirements in the notes section during order checkout.  If you forget to do this prior to placing your order, please send us an email at customercare@artistbrushstrokes.com and we will confirm if we will be able to meet your delivery deadline.  Please note that the delivery timeframes indicated below are once your package has left our Florida warehouse.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside of the US)

If you want to be able to track your packages online for shipments made outside of the United States, you will want to use Express Mail International from the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

You may also use the USPS Priority Mail International Service as it is the most cost effective shipping method.  However keep in mind that you may not be able to track your package and final delivery may take up to 4 weeks.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities in Florida. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.

Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It is entirely possible for an item that has not shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking our estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your final destination address.

USPS Tracking Information

All packages mailed using the USPS Priority service include tracking information. If you provided a valid email address with your order, an automated notification from USPS  will be sent to your email address once your package has left our facility.

Please keep in mind that the information contained on the www.usps.com web site is controlled by the USPS.  Delivery status information is provided if / when available by the USPS tracking system. Delivery Confirmation™ information is provided courtesy of the United States Postal Service®.  Please note that the USPS is not obligated to scan packages at all routing points. The only scan point required by the USPS is upon delivery.

2-day and 3-day Shipping

Because not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, selecting one of these options does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in two or three days. Please be aware that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for 2-day or 3-day shipping. Also, when you select 2-day or 3-day shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
 

Business Days & Deliveries

Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
 
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.

Calculating Shipping Costs

Please note that the shipping rates for all of the items we sell are weight-based.  We have integrated an automatic shipping calculator that automatically calculates the rates of each carrier we use to delivery your order.  Each item on artistbrushstrokes.com has a weight assigned to it, as we use a weight-based calculation methodology. 

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Tax Information
 
In accordance with applicable law, AritstBrushstrokes.com currently collects sales tax in the following states: FL. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges and gift-wrap fees (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.
 
For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated sales tax amount when orders are placed. The exact sales tax will be listed on your invoice (packing slip) and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is shipped.

No sales tax is charged on the purchase of Gift Certificates. However, purchases paid for with Gift Certificates, Reward Certificates, or other online currencies will be charged sales tax where required.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse a non-defective item, you will be charged for the return shipping costs.

Shipped Packages - Delivered without signature

To eliminate the hassle of multiple delivery attempts, all packages shipped from Artistbrushstrokes.com does not require a signature for the shipping carrier to leave the package in a reasonable area in front of your residence or business.  All packages shipped from our warehouse in Florida will have tracking information provided by the carrier.  This information is available on each respective carrier's web site, and an automated email will be sent to your email address provided during checkout.

Please be advised, that if a package has been delivered by the carrier (as indicated on their respective web site) and your package is stolen from your place of residence or business, Artistbrushstrokes.com will not be liable for the loss of the package.  It is important that you review the tracking information once it is received to ensure that someone will be able to receive the package.

Requesting Signature Confirmation for Package Delivery

If you would like signature confirmation for your shipped packages, please state this requirement in the "Special Instructions" text box to ensure that this option is selected when your order is being shipped.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items sold by Artistbrushstrokes.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

Please call 1-877-321-2787 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any products. Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

All returns must be accompanied by an original packing slip, in new condition, and in their original packaging and boxes. Also, please include a note indicating the reason for your return.

Artist Brushstrokes does not refund original shipping charges on returns that are not the result of an error on our part. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning unwanted items.

Customs
 

Important Note: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be accepted by you; we have no control over these local county charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Artistbrushstrokes.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type.  We will list the contents of your package and declare their value based on shipper's custom forms.

Also, international customers should be aware that when shipping products internationally cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
